Braided rivers are dramatic and ever changing as each river strand changes is colour and location over the course of a year. Canterbury is one of the few places in the world where you can find them and they have always fascinated me with their beauty. Here I have represented them in fine silver and glass enamel, the pair are sisters rather than twins. As these are handmade each pair will differ slightly in the placement of the colours but will follow the same palette.
Each river is 3cm long on a short hook with a total drop of 4.5cm from the earlobe.
